This privacy policy applies to the Phone Clone - Phone Switch (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Alpha Apps Studio INC (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

Phone Clone - Phone Switch requests access
All Files Access (MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE)The app may request All Files Access permission to access and manage files stored on the device that are necessary for its core phone cloning and data transfer features. This permission may be used to locate, select, read, and transfer supported files and folders between devices when the user initiates a transfer.This permission is not used to access files for unrelated purposes. Users can manage or revoke this permission through their device settings. The app handles accessible files only to provide its disclosed functionality and does not sell users' personal files or information.
- Introduction
Phone Clone - Phone Switch Credentials helps users transfer data from one device to another. This Privacy Policy explains how the app uses device permissions to provide phone transfer and switching features.
- Permissions Usage
Storage / Photos and Videos: Used to access selected files, photos, videos, and documents for transfer between devices.
Contacts: Used to access and transfer contacts when the user selects this feature.
Location: May be required by certain Android versions or connection methods to discover nearby devices and establish a transfer connection. Location data is not used for tracking.
Nearby Devices / Bluetooth: Used to discover, connect to, and communicate with nearby devices for data transfer.
Wi-Fi / Network Access: Used to establish a connection between devices and transfer selected data.
Phone Information: Used only if required for a supported device connection or transfer feature.
The app requests permissions only when necessary for the relevant feature. Users can manage permissions through their device settings.

The app accesses only the information necessary to provide the selected transfer features. Data is used to help users select, send, receive, and manage transferred content.
The app does not intentionally collect personal data for unrelated purposes. Any additional collection by third-party services, if used, will be disclosed as applicable.

Transferred files are stored on the receiving device according to the user's actions and device settings. The app does not retain transferred content on our servers unless a separately disclosed feature requires it.
Users can delete transferred files from their device at any time.
Note: Android permission names vary by OS version. We request only the permissions required for the features you choose to use.
User impact:
You may be directed to the Android system settings screen to grant All files access. If permission is denied, features requiring broad storage access may be limited or unavailable.
The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.
The Service Provider may use the information you provided to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices and marketing promotions.
For a better experience, while using the Application, the Service Provider may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information. The information that the Service Provider request will be retained by them and used as described in this privacy policy.
Third Party Access
Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and their service. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.

Advertising Choices
You may manage personalized advertising through your device's privacy and advertising settings. Opting out of personalized advertising does not mean that you will stop seeing advertisements.
Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
Data Retention Policy
The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you'd like them to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact them at alphaappsstudio99@gmail.com and they will respond in a reasonable time.
Children
The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.
The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case the Service Provider discover that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will immediately delete this from their servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact the Service Provider (alphaappsstudio99@gmail.com) so that they will be able to take the necessary actions.
Security
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information the Service Provider processes and maintains.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy.
